    I do love the mellow sunsets of winter (when the sun is actually shining). These are nice. What is the building that is going up?

    You know, I’m not positive, but I think it is a building of luxury condos (which would probably include retail space). It seems like it’s been on its way up forever.

    i will agree that you have a beautiful view.

    …but down here in bush-country it was 80 degrees yesterday.

    i am still not sure that’s a great trade off.
