Kittens!
I’m baby-sitting a friend’s two kittens, an experience which, although lots of fun, has overturned my fate as the crazy cat lady. Having four cats follow you into the bathroom is a bit much. Monte loves the kittens; Clarabelle… well, she’s coming ’round. And the kittens are, well, kittens: one of them has jumped into my bathroom trash can more times than I can count, and the other keeps jumping into the kitchen sink. They try to climb me like a tree and walk across my face at night. One of them nestles into the crook of my neck and sucks his paw. They are everywhere all at once; see exhibits a and b below.

i love the chirpy sounds tail chaser makes!
is that a normal cat thing?
too bad josh is allergic
i think i could love a cat
that does tricks & sound effects.
Pretty normal, yeah. When I lived on Highland Ave, Monte used to always make chirping sounds at one of the ferals. I think somebody had a little crush.
We’re getting a kitten soon because Lisa wants Harper to have a friend. In the 2 visits that Tigre has had over here, Harper has been the angriest cat ever. I don’t look forward to next week.
God, the owner of those kittens has the cutest companions ever. That lucky b*tch.
Did you really just censor the word “bitch”? Um, do ya know me?
And have you talked to the vet about Special Ed’s INCESSANT FUCKING PAW-SUCKING? I think he has Mommy issues.
Ok, I KNOW he has issues. And everyone’s like “Oh, Micah, his paw-sucking is so goshdarned cute!” Not cute in the early hours of the morning. So not cute.
But, I did talk to the vet, and Dr. Bailey thinks he might be a little OCD or something, but she didn’t want to put him on even *more* meds, you know? Therefore, I think I might try some of the Yuck spray I use to keep him off of the motherfucking power cord to my motherfucking laptop. Still bitter.
